The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Rajgir P.S. Case No.394 of 2020, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 366/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

By order dated 11.03.2022, the petitioners were granted provisional anticipatory bail and case diary was called for.

From perusal of the case diary, it transpires that the date of birth of the victim is 25.03.2004, therefore, the victim was minor at the time of occurrence.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.18121 of 2021(4) dt.27-06-2022 2/2 Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the so called husband of the victim is already in judicial custody and petitioner no.1 is the maternal uncle and petitioner no.2 is the mother of co-accused Uttam Kumar.

Taking into consideration the fact that there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners, the provisional bail granted to the petitioners on 11.03.2022 is hereby confirmed.
