The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Puraini P.S. Case No. 175 of 2019 registered for the offence under Sections 302, 120B, 34 of the Indian Penal Code as well as under Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. In fact, there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner and no specific allegation is attributed to him. The petitioner has got clean antecedents. The petitioner is languishing in judicial custody since 22.11.2019. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing
