The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 354(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case as per F.I.R is that when the informant was returning home, these petitioners abused and made an attempt to outrage the modesty of the informant. They also used to pass lewd comments on

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that petitioners are innocent and they have falsely been implicated in this. The petitioners are neighbours and cousins of the informant and one of the petitioners is working in the postal department. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

In contra, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the informant and learned A.P.P for the State have vehemently opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners and submitted that there is specific allegation against the petitioners and the witnesses during investigation have supported the prosecution case.

In the facts and circumstance of the case, this Court is not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
