JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 06-02-2020 Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Khagaria (Chitragupta Nagar) P.S. Case No. 794 of 2019, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-B)(a), 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

Allegation is of recovery of one pistol with cartridges from the petitioner.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that he has falsely been implicated and he is a student studying in S.P. College, Tigri, Chandpur (Bijnor) in Uttar Pradesh and he is in custody since 23.10.2019.

Heard learned APP, who has opposed the prayer for bail.

In view of above facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. However, once the charge

Accordingly, this application is dismissed.
