Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 399,402 of the Indian Penal Code and 25(1-b)a/26/35 of Arms Act.

A carbine and cartridges were allegedly recovered from possession of the petitioner. Petitioner has got a criminal antecedent. Petitioner is in custody since 10.10.2018. Investigation of the case is complete.

Considering the entire facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Marhowrah Police
