2. The original order stood dismissed for default of partial non-compliance of the order dated 05.03.2008.

Patna High Court MJC No.325 of 2020(2) dt.31-08-2023 2/2 Subsequently, the MJC was filed for restoration of the said order. However, the same was not prosecuted and it got dismissed.

3. We find absolutely no reason to entertain the application and dismiss the same.
