Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. One dead body was found whose neck was separated. Name of the petitioner figured in the case in the confessional statement of co-accused and thereafter petitioner was arrested and he is also said to have confessed his guilt. Except confession of the petitioner, that too before the police, the Investigating Officer did not collect any tangible material against the petitioner.
Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail
