2. The present application has been filed for modification of order dated 18.01.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 58660 of 2023 to the extent of extending the period of surrender and to modify the name of the Police Station as Mahua, the same was inadvertently mentioned as Hajipur.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner could not furnish his bail bond due to error in Police Station's name as Hajipur Excise P.S. Case No. 10 of 2023 because the correct P.S. is Mahua P.S. Case No. 10 of 2023.

4. After hearing learned counsel for the petitioner and for the reasons mentioned in the modification application, let the Police Station be read as Mahua P.S. Case No. 10 of 2023 in place of Hajipur Excise P.S. Case No. 10 of 2023, and the period of surrender is extended by four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order in connection with Mahua P.S. Case No. 10 of 2023, subject to deposit of sum of Rs.2000/- (Rupees Two Thousand) in the Victim Compensation Fund.

5. The order dated 18.01.2024 is modified to the extent as indicated above.

6. Accordingly, this modification application stands disposed of.
