The petitioner is languishing in jail custody since 1505-2015 and according to prosecution case itself, the victim was major at the time of alleged occurrence.

No doubt, the victim has not been recovered, as yet but police after investigation, has already submitted charge sheet against the petitioner.

The contention on behalf of the petitioner is that petitioner was driver of the informant of the present case and as a matter of fact, there was some dispute between the petitioner and informant on the point of making payment of wages of the petitioner and that is the reason of false implication of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.43155 of 2015 (3) dt.09-11-2015 petitioner in the alleged crime.

Accordingly, petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Gandhi Maidan P.S.
