JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 20-04-2018 On perusal of Annexure-12, 13 and 14 of the writ application it would appear that the family of this petitioner has got some disputes with their co-sharers in the village. Annexure14, which is an order passed by the second appellate authority under the Public Grievance Redressal Act, also mentions about

Patna High Court Cr. WJC No.2731 of 2017 (3) dt.20-04-2018 some title suit going between the parties and the fact that there were proceeding under Section 144 Cr.P.C. and 107 Cr.P.C. between both the parties.

This writ application has been preferred with a prayer to quash the orders as contained in Annexure-13 and 14 to the writ application. The orders impugned have been passed under the provisions of Right to Public Grievance Redressal Act, 2015, in the opinion of this Court, a criminal writ application would not be maintainable for quashing of said orders in the nature of disputes. Having gone through the orders impugned in this writ application, this Court does not find any reason to entertain this writ application.

The writ application is dismissed.
