JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 04-02-2020 Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Panapur P.S. Case No. 191 of 2019, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 376, 511 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 37(c) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. Petitioner in drunken condition entered inside the house of the informant and attempted to commit rape upon her. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that prosecution case does not took probable and he has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 12.10.2019. Heard learned APP, who has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

In view of allegation, as stated above, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage. However, once charge has been framed in this case, petitioner is at liberty

This application is, accordingly, dismissed.
