In this case, the petitioner is seeking bail in connection with Sachiwalaya P.S. Case No. 203 of 2014 registered for offences under sections 466/467/468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code.

A complaint has been filed by Senior Assistant, Bihar State Sunni Wakf Board, Patna where the allegation has been made that the signature has been manipulated in Letter no. 242 dated 02/06/2009.
