The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Pipra P.S. Case No. 231 of 2020 registered for the offence under Sections 323, 147, 148, 341, 307, 324, 504, 506, 354, 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the informant party have come on the door of the petitioners and started assaulting and in defence the injury has come on the complainant side also.

I have considered the submissions, it is a case where there are grievous injuries on vital part of the body of three

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.17751 of 2021(3) dt.12-01-2022 2/2 persons, I am not inclined to grant benefit of anticipatory bail to the above named petitioners.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected.
