2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 411 of 2023 registered under Sections 341, 323, 307, 379 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code lodged on 15.07.2023 by the informant, Ram Swarth Singh.

3. As per the prosecution story, the informant alleged that while he was returning home from market and as he reached near the house of Bhaso Singh, the named accused stopped and after abusing him, assaulted. The allegation against this petitioner is of assaulting Ram Vinay Singh on his head, causing injury.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner tried to impress upon this Court that there is dispute between the parties as also that there was no repetition on head.

5. Learned counsel for the informant pointed out that the injury on the head has been found to be grievous in nature.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and that the injury is on the head has been found to be grievous in nature, it would be appropriate that the petitioner seek bail.

7. Accordingly, Cr. Misc. No. 9308 of 2024 stands rejected.

8. However, if the petitioner surrenders within a period of four weeks from today and prays for bail, the Court shall pass an appropriate order preferably on the day. (Rajiv Roy, J) Jagdish/- U T
