Petitioner is in custody in connection with Excise Case No. 1417 of 2019 for the offence under section30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

In the instant case total 37 liters of country made liquor was seized.

The petitioner is in custody since 24.12.2019. Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.7241 of 2020(2) dt.04-02-2020 2/2 furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 2nd Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge,Excise, Jehanabad, in connection with Excise Case No. 1417 of 2019.
