2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 191(2), 190, 126(2), 115(2), 109, 303(2), 352 of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. As per the prosecution case, on 17.08.2024 at about 8 AM, while the informant was at his house, he came to know that the accused persons, named in the F.I.R. including these petitioners, were forcibly digging the land of informant for construction of house and as such, informant alongwith other family members went there and made protest, thereafter, all the accused persons assaulted him and other family members, on

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that due to land dispute between the parties, a simple Maar-peet took place. Allegation of assault is general and omnibus. He further submits that one of the injured namely Fudi Devi died after two months of the alleged incident, since she fell in a ditch in the village. Petitioners claim clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. - VI, Nawada in connection with Shahpur P.S. Case No. 75 of 2024, subject to condition as laid down under Section 482 of the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
