JUSTICE ANJANI KUMAR SHARAN ORAL ORDER 09-05-2023 Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Bhargama P.S.Case No. 93 of 2022 registered for the offences punishable under sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 354,379 of the Indian Penal Code and section 3⁄4 of the Dayan Act. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners seek permission to withdraw this application. Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the instant application is disposed of as withdrawn.

However, if the petitioners surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today and

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.9191 of 2023(2) dt.09-05-2023 2/2 seeks regular bail, the learned court below would pass the order, preferably, on the same day without being prejudiced by this order.
