====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI and HONOURABLE JUSTICE SMT. NILU AGRAWAL ORAL ORDER (Per: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI) 02-07-2018 The State may have the privilege of deciding when to move an appeal or only move when they feel the heat of may be contempt proceeding initiated. There is a delay of almost three years. Since we do not find anything erroneous or illegal with the simple direction issued by the learned single Judge in his order dated 15.12.2014, we are further not convinced that a case is made out for interfering with the impugned order dated 15.12.2014 passed by the learned single Judge.

Patna High Court LPA No.1871 of 2017(2) dt.02-07-2018 2/2 Both the limitation petition as well as the appeal stand dismissed.
