JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 07-02-2019 This is an application for modification of order dated 06.11.2017 passed in Cr. Appeal (S.J.) No. 2724 of 2017, by which, the petitioner was enlarged on bail.

It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that in the petition for grant of bail, the name of petitioner has wrongly been typed as Bablu Singh and due to which, the same has also been recorded in the order dated 06.11.2017, as Bablu Singh, whereas, the correct name of the petitioner is Babu Singh.

In view of the averments made in the modification application as well as the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner, order dated 06.11.2017 passed in Cr. Appeal (S.J.) No. 2724 of 2017 is modified to the extent that the name of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.6986 of 2019(2) dt.07-02-2019 2/2 petitioner be read as Babu Singh in place of Bablu Singh. Let this order be communicated to the concerned court below forthwith.

With the above observation and direction, this modification application is allowed.
