This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 23.06.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No.9431 of 2020 for extension of time for furnishing bail bond mentioned in order passed.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been granted bail on 23.06.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No.9431 of 2020, but due to lockdown, the petitioner could not surrender and furnish his bail bonds within the time

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.9615 of 2021(2) dt.10-02-2021 2/2 directed by this Hon'ble Court.

Considering the same, let the period of surrender of the petitioner be extended by four weeks from today, in connection with Patna Mahila P.S. Case No.119 of 2018 to the satisfaction of Smt. Priya Shekhar, learned J.M. 1st Class, Patna. Rest of the condition as stipulated in the order dated 23.06.2020 as it is.
