2. Petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 147, 341 , 323 , 324, 307, 354-B, 379, 504 506 r/ w Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code .

3 . As per F.I.R., on the alleged date and time of occurrence , all the accused persons with common intention were digging inside the purchased land of informant to construct a wall, and when informant opposed the same , then all the accused persons assaulted informant with lathi and handa . When the family members of the informant came to save , they

4. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that dispute over land led to free fight between the parties. Both sides sustained injuries. Case and counter case . Injuries are simple in nature . Petitioners claim clean antecedent. 5 . Learned counsel for the State oppose the bail petition .

6 Considering the nature of injury , clean antecedent of these petitioners and other circumstances of the case , in the event of arrest or surrender within eight weeks from today, let the petitioners, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate - 1st Class, Saran at Chapra in connection with Janta Bazar P.S. Case No. 112 of 2022 , subject to the conditions laid down under section 438 ( 2 ) of the Code of Criminal Procedure .
