The petitioner seeks bail in Bihpur P.S. Case no. 415/2013, registered for the offences punishable under Section 302 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner along with other accused persons of course named in the FIR but save and except suspicion, there is no tangible material against the petitioner. Similarly situated co-accused Anup Lal Mandal has already been enlarged on bail.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Naugachia, Bhagalpur, in connection with Bihpur P.S.
