JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 10-06-2020 The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Kotwali P. S. Case No. 586 of 2019 dated 26.12.2019 instituted for the offences under Sections 420, 406 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 30(a), 54 and 57 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Approximately 2195 litres of liquor is said to have been recovered from a vehicle which was about to be unloaded in another vehicle. One Gautam Kumar @ Bablu, who was arrested, has disclosed the name of this petitioner and 10 others as the persons who facilitated the sale of

One of such named persons has been granted bail by a Bench of this Court.

The petitioners are stated to be persons of clean antecedents.

Considering the afore-stated facts, the petitioners, above-named, are directed to be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, on their furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000 /- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge, Excise, Gaya in connection with Kotwali P. S. Case No. 586 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C. (Ashutosh Kumar, J) skm/- U
