2. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Jadia P.S Case No. 173 of 2020 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 325, 427, 379, 354, 307, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per prosecution case, petitioners along with co-accused have assaulted informant and her family members.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.11823 of 2024(2) dt.01-03-2024 2/3 that petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. It is further submitted that petitioners are surrendered voluntarily before the court on 15.12.2023 without any fault. It is also submitted that petitioners are in judicial custody since 15.12.2023.
5. However, learned APP for the State oppose the prayer for regular bail of the petitioners.
6. On perusal of the FIR, impugned order and period of custody and also considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions made on behalf of the petitioners, let the above named petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Supaul in connection with Jadia P.S Case No. 173 of 2020.
