The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 435 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code, section 3, 4, 5 of Explosive Substance Act, section 27 of the Arms Act and under section 17 of C.L.A. Act.

The petitioner is not named in the FIR. Some criminals came on the petrol pump and exploded bombs. The name of the petitioner was figured in the case in the confessional statement of Mritunjay Mishra. No other tangible evidence is collected against the petitioner. Mritunjay Mishra has already been enlarged on bail. The petitioner is in jail since 18.12.2014. Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the above named petitioner
