JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 31-01-2020 In the given facts and circumstances of the case wherein it is the contention of the petitioner that she is major and on her own will and volition she had solemnized the marriage but because of that she is getting threat from her own family side, this Court directs the Superintendent of Police, Samastipur (respondent no.4) to look into the grievance of the petitioner, assess her threat perception and take appropriate

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner will personally visit the office of the Superintendent of Police, Samastipur on 14th February, 2020 or even before that if occasion so arises. If she appears before the respondent no.4, as directed above, the respondent no.4 shall consider her grievance.
