2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 406, 420, 467, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code .

3. As per the prosecution case, petitioner is

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.13143 of 2024(2) dt.12-03-2024 2/3 alleged to have obtained a job on the post of Switch Board Operator-II under North Bihar power Distribution company Limited, Patna on the basis of forged marksheet.

4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that during pendency of this case , petitioner has already dismissed from service on 07.07.2023 . Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

5. Learned counsel for the State as well O . P . No. 2 oppose the bail petition of the petitioner.

6. Considering the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner has already dismissed from the service and other circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class (West) Muzzaffarpur in connection with Paroo P.S. case No. 517 of 2019, subject to the
