2. The petitioners seek bail in connection with Giriak P.S. Case No. 415 of 2024 instituted for the offences under Sections 316(2), 318(4), 319(2), 336(3), 338, 339, 340(2), 341(1), 342(1), 3(5), 61(2), 111(2)(b) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita and Sections 66(c), 66(D), 66 of the I.T. Act.

3. As per prosecution case, the police, on the basis of secret information that some miscreants are indulged in committing cheating innocent people in the name of giving loan, raided the place of occurrence and recovered large number of laptops, mobiles, Master-cards, Debit Cards, Cheque-book,

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case only on the basis of suspicion. Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that general and omnibus allegation has been made against these petitioners. No specific overt act is alleged against these petitioners. No incriminating article has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioners. Learned counsel further submitted that the alleged recovery has been made from the house of the co-accused Dhananjay Kumar @ Dhananjay Sao. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that the petitioners are in custody since 28.10.2024 and have no criminal antecedent. The co-accused persons have already been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 04.02.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 4413 of 2025.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of bail to the petitioners.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, claim based on parity the period of custody undergone by the petitioners, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioners.

7. Let the petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Court below/concerned Court in connection with Giriak P.S. Case No. 415 of 2024.
