Petitioner is not named in the first information report but in course of investigation, involvement of the petitioner was found in this case. Moreover, some co-accused persons, who were caught on the spot, have already been granted privilege of bail, and therefore, even if there is criminal antecedent of several cases against the petitioner, I direct above named petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sherghati, Gaya in connection with Barachatti P.S.case No. 145 of 2015.
