JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 05-02-2020 Petitioners seek bail in connection with Mokama P.S. Case No. 291 of 2019, corresponding to Special Case No. 11329 of 2019, registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Allegation is of recovery of 20.700, 22.200 and 30 litres of liquor from the petitioners respectively. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that they have no criminal antecedent and they are in custody since 19.12.2019.

In view of above facts and circumstances, let

No.6802 of 2020(2) dt.05-02-2020 2/2 petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Special Judge, Excise, Patna, in connection with Mokama P.S.
