1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Gurua P.S. Case No. 359 of 2023 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 325, 307, 504, 153(A) and 295(A) of the Indian Penal Code.
3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case. They are the members of mob. Further he submits that there is no specific allegation against the petitioners.
4. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Sherghatti, Gaya in connection with Gurua P.S. Case No. 359 of 2023, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
