The petitioner is in jail since 12.2.2015 on the accusation that one country made katta and two live cartridges were recovered from his conscious possession. Moreover, the petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent. Accordingly, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Nayaramnagar P.S.
