The petitioner has been arrested in connection with Barauni Rail P.S. Case No. 05 of 2014 registered under Sections 25(1-B)a/26 of the Arms Act with regard to recovery of fire arms from the possession of the petitioner.

It is submitted that petitioner is in jail custody since 26.01.2014 and he has falsely been implicated in this case. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Railway Judicial Magistrate, Barauni (Begusarai) in connection with Barauni Rail P.S. Case No. 05 of 2014, subject to condition that petitioner shall not indulge in such activity in future. m.p.
