1. Heard the parties.
2. Learned counsel submits that the petitioner has preferred another Writ Petition bearing C.W.J.C. No. 4666 of 2018, which came to be decided by this Court vide order dated 6th July, 2021 and in the said judgment following directions were passed:- "In view of the aforesaid stand taken on behalf of the respondents, in Court's opinion, the grievance of the petitioner stands substantially redressed. The respondents are directed to ensure that the petitioner is paid her all legal entitlements upon fixation of pay scale of her
Patna High Court CWJC No.6263 of 2018(2) dt.16-08-2022 2/3 husband, grant of ACP/MACP and other consequential benefits in terms of fixation of pay and other post retiral dues, if any.
The Court directs the respondents to ensure that all admissible dues in terms of the present order is paid to the petitioner within three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
It will, however, be open to the petitioner to approach appropriate authority by making representation, if according to her, she is entitled to receive more amount against any head than paid in terms of the present order.
This application stands disposed of with the aforesaid observation and direction.
This disposes of the Interlocutory Applications also."
3. Learned counsel submits that in view of the aforesaid directions the present writ petition may also be disposed of accordingly. The prayer made in the present writ petition be also accordingly considered.
4. Learned counsel appearing for the respondents does not dispute the position.
5. Accordingly, this Court disposes of the present writ petition with directions to the respondents to comply the true letter and spirit the order passed by this Court dated 6th July,
Patna High Court CWJC No.6263 of 2018(2) dt.16-08-2022 3/3 2021 and also consider the any other grievance, which the petitioner may raise before the respondents. The decision shall be passed by a speaking order within a period of three months. (Sanjeev Prakash Sharma, J) Pravinkumar/- Item No. 39 U
