Having regard to the nature of allegation against the petitioners for the offences punishable under Section-392 of the Indian Penal Code and that both of them have also got criminal antecedent, their prayer for bail is hereby rejected for the present but they shall be at liberty to renew their prayer for bail on completion of one year of their judicial custody. With the aforementioned observation, this application is disposed of.
