2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the opposite parties submits that in compliance of the order of this Court dated 01.11.2021, passed in CWJC No.3418 of 2021, the SubDivisional Officer, Rosera has already passed a reasoned order dated 08.03.2022.

3. At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to challenge the aforesaid order dated 08.03.2022 by taking recourse to the

Patna High Court MJC No.196 of 2022(3) dt.02-05-2025 2/2 due process of law. Liberty so sought is granted.
