The petitioner happens to be the husband of the informant who was earlier married to the petitioner and was divorced by him, allegedly on account of not bringing Rs.1,00000/- which was demanded from her. It appears that a Panchayati was convened by the family members of the husband and the lady and the two reunited through a fresh marriage. The allegation was that since after arrival in the house of the petitioner, the same acts of torture were repeated by the petitioner and lastly, the lady had to abandon the house of the petitioner.

Submission was that the allegations were fundamentally false and the lady was in the habit of running away from her house and the social pressure could not inject

Regard being had to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of CJM, Sitamarhi in Runni Saidpur P.S.Case No.116 of 2014.
