The petitioner seeks bail in Nardiganj P.S. Case No. 73/2015, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 399, 402 of the Indian Penal Code and 25(1-b)A, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

The petitioner along with other accused persons were apprehended and from the possession of the petitioner one Saw was recovered. No arms and ammunitions was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is in jail since 09.07.2015.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.45784 of 2015 (2) dt.01-10-2015 each to the satisfaction of Sri K.L. Yadav, Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Nawada in connection with Nardiganj P.S. Case No. 73/2015.
