2. The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in a case registered under sections 406, 420, 379, 504, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the accused persons cheated the complainant and complainant has filed a complaint case of cheating. The complainant further alleged that he has paid money to one Virendra Kumar Singh. The said Virendra Kumar Singh has been granted anticipatory bail by this Court as has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 12.12.2023.

4. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is

5. Let the petitioner above-named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub Judge-IV-cum-Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sasaram, Rohtas, in connection with Complaint Case No. 762 of 2023.

6. At the time of furnishing bail-bond, the Court below will verify as to whether Virnedra Kumar Singh has been granted anticipatory bail by this Court or not. If Virendra Kumar Singh has been granted anticipatory bail by this Court, the bail-bond of the petitioner shall be accepted otherwise the bail-bond of the petitioner shall not be accepted.
