JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 21-09-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Even if prosecution story assumed to be true, then also, it was other accused who threw bombs and so far as these petitioners are concerned, they were themselves beaten up by the villagers. Petitioners do not have any criminal antecedent. Accordingly, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Khagaria in connection with Gogri P.S.Case No. 221 of 2015.
