It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that due to inadvertence, at two places of 2nd page of the aforesaid writ petition, dated "21.11.2020" has been typed in place of "21.11.2019."

In view of the submission made above, this

Patna High Court MJC No. 197 of 2022(2) dt.02-03-2022 2/2 modification petition is allowed and the order dated 28.06.2021 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 8414 of 2021 titled as Raju Kumar Tiwari Vs The State of Bihar & ors. is modified to the extent that dated "21.11.2019" shall be read in place of '21.11.2020' in the said paragraph.
