2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 420, 406, 467 and 468 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per F.I.R., the informant alleges that his son namely Vijay Rai has sold his one katha land to his co-villager Kunal Kumar by declaring him (informant) dead. Petitioner is said to be identifier of the alleged sale-deed.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is neither vendee nor vendor of the said land. He is only alleged to be identifier. He is not the beneficiary of the alleged transaction. Moreover, the dispute is purely of civil nature. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State and learned counsel for the informant opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest/surrender before the Court below within a period of eight weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate - VI, Danapur, Patna in connection with Naubatpur P.S. Case No. 350 of 2024, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) anay U T
