The prosecution case is that co-accused Bindeshwar Sah got the sale deed executed with regard to the purchased land of the informant through some imposter. The petitioner is alleged to be the deed writer of the sale deed. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is simply a deed writer. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the thrust of accusation against Bindeshwar Sah, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail
