JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 05-01-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioners are in jail custody since 06.08.2015 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 419, 420, 406, 467, 468/34 of the Indian Penal Code on the accusation that they took some cash from the informant and one other on the pretext to provide job to them.
The investigation of this case against the petitioners has already been completed though the learned court below has sent the case diary only up to para-21 dated 08.08.2015. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.44270 of 2015 (3) dt.05-01-2016 2/2 well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Rajeev Kumar Dwivedi, Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Bihar Sharif, Nalanda in connection with Deepnagar P.S. Case No. 288 of 2015.
