JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 22-02-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State.

Mr. Amarnath Jha, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that similar issue was disposed of by this court by order dated 07-04-2016 passed in CWJC No. 6512 of 2013 & analogous cases. He further submits that these writ petitions may be disposed of in similar terms. Let the District Programme Officer (Establishment) examine the case of these petitioners with regard to payment of honorarium and they must take decision after due verification of the records. If the records are not available with them, they may call for the records from the Bihar State Education Council. All the process should be completed within a period of six months from the date of receipt/production of copy of the order. With the aforesaid observation/direction, these writ petitions are disposed of.
