2 Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 318(4), 319(2), 336(2), 338, 340(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and sections 66C and 66D of the IT Act.

3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that both parties have resolved and settled their dispute outside the court.
