The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 399, 402 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code and under Sections 25(1-b)A, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

The petitioner was apprehended along with other accused persons and from the possession of the petitioner one loaded country made pistol and seven live cartridges were recovered for that the petitioner is in jail since 08.02.2015. The petitioner has already remained in jail for 71⁄2 months. Similarly situated co-accused has already been enlarged on bail. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of
