The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 379, 307, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Allegation against the petitioners along with another accused persons is that they committed assault upon the informant by lathi, danda and bricks.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that prior to this occurrence the petitioner no. 1 had also lodged a case

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.9147 of 2020(2) dt.28-02-2020 2/2 against the father of the informant including others as Salimpur P.S. Case No. 222 of 2019 thereafter the present FIR has been lodged by the informant. He submits that the injury upon the informant has been found to be simple in nature. He further submits that petitioners bear no criminal antecedent. In the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of the order, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (rupees twenty thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned J.M. 1st Class, Barh, District-Patna in connection with Salimpur Police Station Case No. 238 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
