2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief(s):

"for a direction to the Respondent authorities to vacate the unauthorized possession of the respondent No.-4 from the land of the petitioner as per the order passed in Case No.- 22/2011-12 by the learned land Reforms Deputy Collector, Hilsa, Nalanda on 15.12.2011."

3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since the Deputy Collector Land Reforms, Hilsa, Nalanda (respondent no. 2) has passed the order

Patna High Court CWJC No.13087 of 2016(2) dt.28-07-2025 2/2 dated 17.08.2012 in Appeal Case No. 07 of 2012, he shall be approaching the concerned respondent for implementation of the said order.

4. In that background, allowing him to do the needful, the writ petition stands disposed of.
