The petitioner seeks bail in Nautan P.S. Case no. 190/2015, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 489(B), 489(C), 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The police got information that Sanjay Yadav and Nagendra Yadav (petitioner) brought huge quantity of fake currency notes and raided the house of Sanjay Yadav wherefrom Narmadeshwar Shah @ Giri Baba, Manoj Yadav and Durgesh Yadav were apprehended. From their possession fake currency notes were recovered.

It is submitted that neither the house of the petitioner was searched nor the petitioner was apprehended on the spot. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

No.44160 of 2015 (2) dt.22-09-2015 2/2 Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri B. Shukla, Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Bettiah, West Champaran, in connection with Nautan P.S. Case no. 190/2015.
